Processing time

We prepare and pack your order within 1–3 business days. Please note we don’t process or ship on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Europe & other international destinations: 7–15 business days

  • Asian countries: 10–20 business days

Keep in mind these are estimates—actual delivery may take a little longer due to customs checks, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Order tracking

As soon as your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way. Tracking is available for all orders worldwide.
